This is a Small Group Training program that includes rigorous circuit training class with high intensity exercises. The workout focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness as well as muscular strength and endurance with a strong emphasis on core and joint stability. This class will use equipment such as TRX suspension trainers, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes and Body Weight.
