Silver Chair Yoga is a therapeutic adaptive class which involves the optional use of a chair for stability. Lead by a certified instructor, you will learn techniques for breathing correctly and stretching in ways that will improve your musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility. Silver Chair-Yoga will relax your body and mind, offering one peace and tranquility. This class is part of the a Strong Spirit Mindfulness and movement chair yoga fitness program.
