HIIT 45 - 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training circuit. You can expect a station style class with set intervals of work and rest. Stations include- body weight movements, free weights, bosu, TRX, exercise balls, disc sliders, resistance bands, cardio bursts and more. Workout smarter in a shorter period of time! Each class will be thoughtfully programmed for efficiency and designed with modifications for all fitness levels.
***3 person minimum for class to run. Reserve your spot and if minimum isn't met you'll receive email notification that class is canceled an hour prior to class start time. If you see class on the schedule within 1 hour prior to class it's a-go!
