Are you new to the gym? Not sure where to start? Maybe you've been coming to the gym for a while, but just keep wandering around not sure what to do...
Intro to Gym- taught by certified personal trainer, Joni. You'll learn the basics, how to use machines, and she'll help you build a plan so you'll be successful each time you walk through that door!

Class is a 3 week series- we'll cover cardio machines, upper body and lower body machines with this weeks class focusing on UPPER BODY MACHINES!
