Step Pump builds strength and tones your muscles with this step and barbell class. Open to all fitness levels. A set of weights is suggested if you have them available, but not required.  

All participants with a reservation will be able to access the class recording in their account's Content Library. These recordings are valid for a week.   

We do require a minimum of 5 reservations within 30 of class time in order to hold class. If class is cancelled you will receive an email to notify you and your Class Pass will NOT be charged.

👉 Click on Reserve my Spot
👉 Once you register you will receive a confirmation email with the link to access class. You will get a reminder email about 20 min before class.
