Love Yoga and Pilates? This class is for you!! PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. 

All participants with a reservation will be able to access the class recording in their account's Content Library. These recordings are valid for a week.   

We do require a minimum of 5 reservations within 30 of class time in order to hold class. If class is cancelled you will receive an email to notify you and your Class Pass will NOT be charged.

👉 Once you register you will receive a confirmation email with the link to access class. You will get a reminder email about 20 min before class.
